The Bannock Transportation Planning Organization planning area is approximately 100 square miles located in southeast Idaho. The planning area describes the area that BTPO, as a Metropolitan Planning Organization, has the responsibility to develop coordinated transportation plans and programs. The BTPO planning area is also the boundary of the Portneuf Valley PM10 Maintenance Area.
