As 2026 arrives, BTPO has prepared an introductory guide for board and committee members which describes what a metropolitan planning organization (MPO) is, how Bannock Transportation Planning Organization (BTPO) is organized, projects that BTPO and its member agencies have completed and are working towards, and a compilation of applicable documents to BTPO’s operations. While primarily intended for those on the Policy Board and the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), this packet contains educational materials to help all members of the public better understand what BTPO is.
