Infrastructure Condition

BTPO-Performance-Measures-Infrastructure-ConditionHaving a transportation system that is in good condition is critical to all the goals of the 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan but is specifically covered in Goals 2, 4, and 5. Infrastructure condition performance measures focus on the condition of pavement and bridges.  Recent updates to the Federal rules regarding infrastructure conditions have changed the criteria listed in the BTPO Metropolitan Transportation Plan or many of the performance measures.  

Percentage of Pavements of the Interstate System in Good Condition

 

  • Percentage of Pavements of the Interstate System in Poor Condition
  • Percentage of Pavements of the National Highway System (NHS) in Good Condition
  • Percentage of Pavement of the National Highway System in Poor Condition
  • Percent of Pavements of Collectors and Arterial not on the NHS in Good Condition
  • Percent of Pavements of Collectors and Arterial not on the NHS in Poor Condition (changed from MTP)
  • Percentage of Bridges on the NHS classified as Structurally Deficient
  • Percentage of Bridges on the non-NHS classified as Structurally Deficient
  • Percentage of Bridges on the NHS classified as in Good Condition
  • Percentage of Bridges on the non-NHS classified as in Good Condition
  • Percentage of Bridges on the NHS classified as in Poor Condition
  • Percentage of Bridges on the non-NHS classified as in Poor Condition
