Introduction
The Bannock Transportation Planning Organization is seeking On-Call Engineering Services to augment its in-house resources in support of the Pocatello/Chubbuck Urbanized Area Traffic Signal Coordination and Maintenance Cooperating Agreement and the annual Unified Planning Work Program.
To establish new On-Call contract(s), the BTPO is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering consultants to provide transportation planning and traffic engineering services.
The BTPO project requires coordination with various Federal, State, and/or local agencies. It is anticipated that state and federal funding may be used for On-Call Engineering Services work, all contracts will be in accordance with the BTPO’s policies as well as all applicable Idaho Transportation department standard practices, regulations, policies, procedures, manuals, and standards, as appropriate and may also include compliance with Federal Highway Administration requirements.
The initial contract term is two (2) years from the Effective Date, with two (2) successive one-year options, to be exercised solely at the BTPO’s discretion.
