The Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan
The Bannock Transportation Planning Organization (BTPO) is seeking the professional services of a consultant to perform the activities outlined in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) to update the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan.
The RFP seeks consultants to assist BTPO, and the Pocatello Regional Transit (PRT) is developing an update to the 2018 Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan. BTPO has a budget of up to $30,000 available for this project. The Federal Transit Administration (FTA.) Circular (FTA C 9070.1G) guides Coordinated Plan development.

Please note that the proposers must visit BTPO’s website for any updated information regarding this RFP. Electronic proposals are due to BTPO by December 20, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. MDT, following the submission requirements found in the RFP.

Can the Stakeholder Meetings be held virtually via phone call or video conference? Yes. The stakeholder questions could be conducted virtually.
Can one or both of the public open houses be held in-person by Bannock staff with the ability for the consultant to call in to present initial findings or strategies virtually? No
Can the final plan be presented virtually to the BTPO Policy Board via video conference? Yes, but the preference is in person.
